Red Lobster

I know, this isn’t a new restaurant and it’s probably somewhere everyone has been.  But I had a new menu item tonight and wanted to give a quick plug for it.  I ordered the maple-glazed salmon and shrimp platter.  It came on a bed of rice pilaf, which I switched out for broccoli.  The glaze on the seafood was cherry-maple and it was SO good.    The sweet was a nice addition to the meat, but did not overwhelm the flavors.  Top that all off with one-too-many cheddar biscuits and it was an outstanding meal!
